Through the day, there was no significant change noticeable, but the body felt more hydrated.

Day 2: The second day began with a similar and equally bitter tasting glass of celery juice. The author felt more energized throughout the day without needing coffee. It could also be due to the placebo effect, but the author felt confident that the celery juice had an impact.

Day 3: On Day 3, the author felt a sense of lightness and clearer skin. As per the author’s observations, fewer breakouts and a noticeable glow could be attributed to the celery juice consequences. The initial bitterness of the juice was also tolerable, and the author felt accustomed to it.

Day 4: On the fourth day, the author felt bloated and gained a bit of weight. The reason could be due to hormonal changes or other lifestyle choices, but the celery juice would help improve the digestion and bloating issues.

Day 5: On the fifth day, the author felt a reduction in water retention and lost the excess weight gained on the previous day. Additionally, the digestive system improved, and the author felt more regular.

Day 6: On the sixth day, the energy levels were considerably high, and no external stimulus like caffeine was required. The author felt relatively good with a clearer mind and felt more focused.

Day 7: On the final day, the author felt positive results and had experienced a better glow on the skin overall. In addition, the author genuinely enjoyed the refreshing taste of celery juice after getting used to the initial bitterness.

Conclusion: Drinking plain celery juice offers significant benefits to improve energy levels, skin, digestion, and hydration. The celery juice challenge was relatively easy to try without needing any specialized equipment – no need for a juicer. Though the results may vary from person to person, the experience of trying the celery juice challenge was a positive experience. Therefore, it can be concluded that everyone should try this celery juice challenge to stay hydrated and healthy without much hassle.
