In recent times, social media has become a hugely popular platform for people all around the world. With the rise of Instagram, it is no longer just a medium for connecting with friends and family but has also become a space for influencers and models to share their daily lifestyle and routines. One of the latest trends that have been taking the internet by storm is “What I Eat in a Day” videos. These videos showcase various recipes, meals, and snack ideas that individuals consume on a regular basis. I decided to take on one of these video challenges and follow a Model’s “What I Eat in a Day” video.

My journey began by searching through various model videos to decide which one I wanted to follow. Since models are known for their extremely healthy and strict diets, I decided to follow a video of a prominent model. She started her day with a green smoothie, which was a mix of spinach, banana, avocado, ginger, and lime. The smoothie was surprisingly tasty and energized me for the rest of the day.

For lunch, she had baked salmon with sautéed vegetables, which included bell peppers, zucchini, and onions. This meal was not only delicious but also very filling. I also learned that eating fish has numerous health benefits such as providing omega-3s for the body.

In the evening, she had a salad with grilled chicken along with a small portion of brown rice. The chicken was seasoned with various herbs and spices, which made it flavorful and delectable. As someone who usually feels hungry in the evenings, this meal kept me satisfied throughout the night.

Throughout the day, she also made sure to drink ample amounts of water, around 2-3 litres. This is a crucial aspect of maintaining a healthy diet as water helps in flushing out toxins from the body and keeping you hydrated.

Overall, following a model’s “What I Eat in a Day” video was an educational and enlightening experience. While some aspects of her diet were stringent and specific, such as no dairy or gluten, it helped me to understand and appreciate the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet. It allowed me to try new recipes and meals that I would not normally have tried on my own.
