HEALTHY Cookie Recipe //

Ingredients |
2 tbs coconut oil (soft not melted)
3 tbs pure maple syrup
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cups of chocolate chips (I always do way more)

PREHEAT |
oven to 375 degrees

MIX |
coconut oil, maple syrup, egg

ADD |
almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract

COMBINE |
chocolate chips (and any other toppings)

BAKE |
13 – 15 min

Eating healthy is important for achieving good health and well-being. It is essential to know what foods to eat and in what quantities. Today, I will be sharing with you what I eat in a day to maintain my balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Breakfast:

My day begins with a healthy breakfast. I like to start my day with a bowl of oatmeal, topped with fresh fruits like berries and bananas. Oatmeal is a great source of protein and fiber, which helps to keep me full throughout the day. I also like to have a cup of green tea with my breakfast. It helps to kick-start my metabolism and provide antioxidants and other nutrients that aid in maintaining my overall health.

Snack:

My mid-morning snack usually consists of a handful of raw nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, which provide healthy fats, proteins, and essential vitamins and minerals. This snack helps to keep me full and provides me with energy and nutrients to continue throughout the morning.

Lunch:

For lunch, I like to have a salad loaded with fresh vegetables, such as spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes, topped with some grilled chicken or salmon. This dish is full of nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fibers, and proteins, which effectively nourish my body and keep me full for the afternoon.

Snack:

In the afternoon, I like to have a healthy snack consisting of fresh fruits, such as apple, pear, or oranges. They contain natural sugars that satisfy my hunger pangs without compromising my health.

Dinner:

My dinnertime is usually filled with a combination of lean protein and a variety of vegetables. For example, grilled fish with roasted vegetables or stir-fried chicken with rice and different vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, and bell pepper. Such a meal is loaded with proteins, fibers, and vitamins essential for my body.

Before bed, I usually have a glass of skimmed milk, which helps to promote restful sleep and provide my body with essential nutrients like calcium and protein.
